Financial Policy

The flexibility of our payment policies helps to ensure that cost is not a deterrent to doing what's best for you and your family's health. Virginia Oral & Facial Surgery offers a variety of payment options and accepts most major medical and dental insurance plans. Virginia Oral & Facial Surgery requests that payment arrangements be established before your treatment is initiated.

We accept cash, checks money orders, debit cards, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Prior to services being rendered, a telephone verification of insurance benefits will be performed. Based on that telephone verification, we will estimate the co-insurance due. The estimated amount is due when services are rendered. After your visit, we will file the insurance claims and any remaining balance over the estimate will be due.

Dental Implant Related Procedures - Certain cases will require a down payment to secure a surgery date.

- 3 to 6 months same as cash, $300 minimum financed
- 18 to 48 month extended payment plans, with interest rates ranging from 1.99% to 25.99%

Wells Fargo Financial
- On-line application (www.wellsfargo.com) or in person at one of our office locations.
- Payments made directly to Wells Fargo Financial
- 3 to 12 months same as cash, no minimum financed amount
- Extended payment plans also available at 16.90% interest.
We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that timeframe. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated!
