Insurance Information

At Drs. Niamtu, Alexander, Keeney, Harris, Metzger & Dymon, P.C.  we make every effort to provide you with the finest surgical care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this goal, we work hand in hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. We participate with many major medical and dental insurance carriers.

If we participate with your plan, we will file the claim for you. You are responsible for co-pays/co-insurance, deductibles and non-covered services at the time of service. If we do not participate with your insurance plan, we will still file a claim to your insurance for you. However, you remain financially responsible for all charges incurred. Note: We do not file claims with liability/accident insurance carriers.

We are participating providers with Medicare. Medicare does not cover most dental services, however, there are certain oral conditions that Medicare deems medically necessary and will cover. Medicare patients are responsible for co-pay/co-insurance, deductibles, and non-covered services.

Written authorization must be obtained from your employer before treating a Workers Compensation injury. Claims for work related injuries are sent to the insurance company or your employer. If not covered by insurance, you agree to be responsible for the balance due for the services rendered.
