Dr. Omar Watson recently extracted some of my wisdom teeth. He is an excellent oral surgeon, as well as very thoughtful and kind. The staff and team of medical assistants are wonderful as well. Everybody there is just welcoming and make you feel at ease. When I went for my initial consultation with Dr. Watson, he thoroughly explained the procedure and what to expect during and after the extraction. My recovery time was minimal and I did not experience much pain at all in the days after the procedure was done. The post op instructions clearly explained about after care. Within just a couple of days I was feeling great, and was even able to give an oral presentation (virtually) for one of my college courses. I am stilling following the post-op instructions of keeping my mouth clean, and feel that I am healing well. I really do appreciate how Dr. Watson himself and one of his assistants contacted me to see how I was doing after the procedure. It’s those personal touches that really show how much they care. I would definitely recommend this practice to family and friends.

Just today I had to see Dr. Dymon for a procedure. My first visit with him at this practice was last year. Let me say this Dr. Dymon and his staff are absolutely superb. Everything is explained very well. They take their time with you ensuring you are fully aware of what is going on. The doctor and the staff at the Short Pump location makes you feel like part of the family. Dr. Dymon is a genius. He was very honest with me and doesn’t try to talk you into procedures that aren’t necessary and possibly expensive. I love Dr. Dymon and his staff. Yes, will continue to use this doctor and this practice!!!!!

I originally came to Dr Wheeler for ear lobe repair. He did such a fantastic job that when my dentist told me I needed a wisdom tooth removed I decided to go back to him. During a follow up appointment for my ears I mentioned my upcoming consult for my tooth and he mentioned he hated wasting a patient’s time and he’d look right then. As a mom of 4, one being a needy 2 month old, this was so very appreciated. I explained I was apprehensive and nervous about x rays because dentists have always been very hard on me and I’m prone to cavities. Dr Wheeler immediately made me feel comfortable and said there was absolutely nothing to worry about and went over my x rays with me. I was able to schedule my extraction for the day I was originally going to have my consult. The day of the extraction I was terrified. After being numbed he said I’d feel some pressure and within what felt like 20 seconds he said it was out. I was stunned. I experienced no pain, it was faster than any dental procedure I’ve ever had, and everyone made me feel so comfortable. I can’t recommend this place enough. I have never had such a positive dental experience and I’ve had numerous people tell me that they have also had incredibly positive experiences here. Dr Wheeler is considerate, efficient, and he listens to any questions or concerns you have. His nurse is also incredibly friendly and immediately puts you at ease. Thank for making this procedure the easiest one I’ve ever had.
