I am super impressed by the organization and professionalism for the whole process. I felt heard and the staff went out of their way to make me feel at ease. Dr dymon was wonderful today handling my wisdom teeth extraction. He was so gentle with me today and I was super nervous. I was also impressed he put in my iv normally doctors have their nurse do it but he did it himself and I never felt a thing. So happy I choose to have him do this procedure for me I’ve had a traumatic experience in the past.

Considering this was an appointment for a tooth extraction, it was still a pleasant experience. The staff was very cordial and helpful. Dr. Agnihotri was very pleasant. He explained every aspect of the procedure and always asked if I had any questions. I felt very confident during the procedure. I was not surprised when someone from the office called after the procedure to see how I was doing.

I have an extreme fear of Dentist and by my 3rd appointment I was so comfortable with the staff and Dr. Herrera. I need to go under and everyone made me feel very safe and comfortable. This is the best Dentist Surgical Office!!!

Dr. Herrera is outstanding! Great bedside manner, genuine and sensitive to his patient’s anxiety. He’s always smiling. I’m terrified of IVs. He talked me threw it and put my mind at ease. I’d definitely come back for treatment if needed for myself or family member.

Dr. Mark Gardner was absolutely amazing throughout each phase of my implant surgery . He was extremely knowledgeable and was excellent at communicating the procedure to me so that I understood the entire process. My implant surgery went well due to Dr. Gardner's expertise in his field! His rapport and kindness were also appreciated and I would definitely return to him for future oral surgery needs. I will absolutely recommend him to friends that need an oral surgeon. He is an exceptional doctor!!

Dr. Omar Watson is a doctor who goes above and beyond! He is the most thorough, caring, professional and knowledgeable doctor that my husband and I have ever had the good fortune of going to. My husband had a root canal in December and in February it became infected to the point that it could have been life threatening very quickly. The tooth needed to be extracted asap. It was 4:00 in the afternoon and the Endodontist who had done the root canal needed us to go and have it extracted immediately, not his job. First they called our dentist, who was located just across the street, and they could not fit us in for 2 days. We have gone to them frequently for years, waiting was not an option. Unacceptable. The Endodontist had 2 of his office workers making calls to quite a few Oral Surgeons to try and get us in immediately. Watson was the only one who was willing to see my husband, knowing the severity of the situation. He knew that this would go beyond his closing time but he would take on this challenge. After all, he was a good 25 minutes from the Endodontist and it was already 4:10. By his side, Alexis, was willing to stay and assist. Wow, two people so dedicated to help someone in dire need was truly a blessing. Once we got there, they started setting up for surgery. IV being prepared for antibiotics for infection... He was so reassuring and competent, I quickly realized that we were in good hands. Check out his bio, very impressive. As we discussed the procedure, he learned that my husband had radiation on that side of his mouth years ago. Because of that the amount and strength of the radiation was a big concern. We could provide little information about the radiation dosage as it was years ago. He explained that he could extract the tooth, give him antibiotics...but this would be risky since his x-rays showed quite a bit of bone loss in the last 2 months. He was so honest explaining how going to VCU where my husband had received his radiation and they knew the history of his radiation was the best option. It was too late in the day for Dr. Watson to obtain this information from VCU and time was working against us. He said that at VCU it could be a turn key operation and explained some treatment that VCU could provide in order to address the bone loss. OMG, he was so right. He was not trying to move us on, believe me. It was because of this true concern and understanding of the danger my husband was in that he recommended VCU. Dr. Watson did stay beyond his normal hours (6:00) did not hurry us and was so through. We went to VCU ER, my husband was admitted to the hospital to get his infection under control. He had to stay overnight. It was pretty serious. The next morning VCU arranged for us to go to their dental clinic where they extracted the tooth. By the way, before leaving his office, Dr. Watson called VCU to talk to someone there to help facilitate our arrival and treatment making it a quicker and smoother process. He even wrote a note explaining his observations and recommendations for the receiving doctor. His connections really helped. God bless him. While there, the next day, he called to check on us. Additionally, he spoke with the VCU team working with us to discuss our treatment. This is a true DOCTOR who is in the right occupation! His concern for our understanding, ability to communicate with us, compassion for his patients, passion for his job are to be commended, His fabulous staff, especially Alexis, is a reflection of his desire to offer his patients only the best and most caring care. Dr. Watson is truly a stellar doctor. I highly recommend him. I only wish that he was a primary care doctor as well as I am always looking for a good one:) DR. WATSON IS A TRUE GODSEND!

Today I had two extractions performed by Dr. Gardner. He did an excellent job from start to finish. When I had my consultation last week he was very caring and took the time to talk with me about the extractions and my health issues(Cancer) with pre and post care. Today I experienced his wonderful bedside manners. Told me what was happening and asked how I was doing during the procedure. His staff both front desk and surgical assistants were very kind and professional. Great experience all around. Would recommend Dr. Gardner to family and friends

DR. HERRERA MADE SURE THAT I WAS NOT EXPERIENCING ANY PAIN FROM START TO FINISH. HE DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB COMPLETING A VERY DIFFICULT EXTRACTION THAT COULD NOT BE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED BY MY DENTIST. TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL, POLITE AND CONCERNED.

Dr. Wlodawsky performed a planned sliding genioplasty and has literally changed my life. I'm no longer living in the area and I know that the surrounding Richmond area has a great reputation for medical/dental care, therefore I made the decision to reach out. I couldn't be happier with the result! Dr. Wlodawsky spent time with me and answered all of my questions. He just didn't meet my expectations, he exceeded them! The office staff was and continues to be super friendly and attentive. Everyone who was involved with my procedure was courteous and superiorly professional.
